临时工与正式员工满意度的差异及管理建议

摘    要

  随着我国经济结构转型与企业用工模式多样化发展,临时工在劳动力市场中的占比逐渐增加。本研究旨在探讨临时工与正式员工工作满意度的差异及其影响因素,为企业人力资源管理提供理论依据和实践指导。通过对某大型制造企业的325名员工进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计分析、独立样本T检验和多元线性回归等方法,从工作稳定性、薪酬福利、职业发展机会、组织认同感四个维度展开研究。结果表明,临时工在工作稳定性和职业发展机会方面的满意度显著低于正式员工,在薪酬福利方面也存在一定差距;而两者的组织认同感差异不明显。

Abstract 
  With the transformation of China's economic structure and the diversified development of enterprise employment mode, the proportion of temporary workers in the labor market is gradually increasing. This study aims to explore the difference in job satisfaction between temporary workers and regular employees and its influencing factors, and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprise human resource management. Through a questionnaire survey of 325 employees of a large manufacturing enterprise, using desc riptive statistical analysis, independent sample T-test and multiple linear regression methods, the research was carried out from four dimensions: job stability, salary and welfare, career development opportunities, and organizational identity. The results show that temporary workers have significantly lower satisfaction in job stability and career development opportunities, and there is a gap in compensation and benefits, while the difference in organizational identity is not obvious.
