摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业数字化转型成为必然趋势,在此背景下研究组织变革与管理创新具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨企业数字化转型过程中组织变革与管理创新的内在联系及其实现路径,基于文献研究和案例分析相结合的方法,选取多个成功实现数字化转型的企业为样本进行深入剖析。研究发现,企业在数字化转型中通过调整组织架构以适应快速变化的市场需求,打破部门壁垒构建扁平化、柔性化的组织结构,并且利用数字技术赋能员工,激发员工创造力,同时创新管理模式,如采用数据驱动决策、敏捷管理等新型管理模式。结果表明,积极的组织变革与管理创新能够显著提升企业的竞争力和适应能力,为企业在数字经济时代的发展提供有力支撑,本研究为企业数字化转型提供了理论依据和实践指导,其创新点在于将组织变革与管理创新相结合进行系统研究,强调了二者协同作用对企业数字化转型的重要意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation of enterprises has become an inevitable trend. In this context, researching organizational change and management innovation holds significant importance. This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship and implementation paths of organizational change and management innovation during the process of enterprise digital transformation. By employing a methodology that combines literature review and case analysis, multiple enterprises that have successfully achieved digital transformation are selected as samples for in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that enterprises undergoing digital transformation adjust their organizational structures to adapt to rapidly changing market demands, break down departmental silos to construct flatter and more flexible organizational structures, and empower employees through digital technologies to stimulate creativity. Meanwhile, innovative management models such as data-driven decision-making and agile management are adopted. The results demonstrate that proactive organizational change and management innovation can significantly enhance corporate competitiveness and adaptability, providing strong support for enterprise development in the era of digital economy. This research offers theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprise digital transformation, with its innovation lying in the systematic study of combining organizational change with management innovation, emphasizing the significance of the synergy between the two for enterprise digital transformation.
