大型工程项目中的多项目管理策略


摘 要
随着全球经济一体化进程加速,大型工程项目规模日益庞大且复杂,多项目管理成为提升工程效率与质量的关键。本研究聚焦于大型工程项目中的多项目管理策略,旨在探索适应现代工程需求的有效管理模式。通过对国内外多个典型大型工程项目的深入调研,结合项目管理理论与实践,运用案例分析、实地考察及专家访谈等方法,系统梳理了多项目管理中存在的资源分配、进度协调、风险管理等问题,并提出基于集成化理念的解决方案。研究发现,构建统一的信息共享平台能够显著提高沟通效率;采用动态资源配置机制可优化资源利用;建立全面的风险预警体系有助于提前防范潜在风险。创新性地引入智能化技术辅助决策支持系统,实现了对项目进度的实时监控与调整,为多项目协同管理提供了新思路。本研究不仅丰富了项目管理理论体系,更为实际工程操作提供了切实可行的操作指南,对推动我国乃至全球大型工程项目管理水平提升具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
With the acceleration of global economic integration, large-scale engineering projects have become increasingly complex and expansive, making multi-project management crucial for enhancing project efficiency and quality. This study focuses on multi-project management strategies in large-scale engineering projects, aiming to explore effective management models that meet modern engineering demands. Through in-depth investigations of multiple typical large-scale engineering projects both domestically and internationally, combined with project management theories and practices, this research employs case analysis, field visits, and expert interviews to systematically examine issues such as resource allocation, schedule coordination, and risk management in multi-project management. It proposes integrated solutions based on a holistic approach. The findings indicate that establishing a unified information-sharing platform can significantly improve communication efficiency; adopting a dynamic resource allocation mechanism can optimize resource utilization; and constructing a comprehensive risk warning system can help prevent potential risks in advance. Innovatively introducing intelligent technologies to support decision-making systems has enabled real-time monitoring and adjustment of project progress, providing new perspectives for collaborative multi-project management. This study not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of project management but also offers practical guidelines for actual engineering operations, which is of great significance for improving the management level of large-scale engineering projects in China and globally.
