森林生态系统的土壤肥力与养分循环机制研究

  森林生态系统作为地球陆地生态系统的主体,在维持全球生态平衡中发挥着不可替代的作用,土壤肥力与养分循环是其核心功能之一。本研究旨在深入探讨森林生态系统中土壤肥力的形成机制及其与养分循环之间的关系,以期为森林资源的可持续管理提供理论依据。通过选取典型森林样地,运用野外调查、室内分析和模型模拟相结合的方法,系统研究了不同林型下土壤物理化学性质、微生物群落结构以及关键养分元素(氮、磷、钾等)的动态变化过程。结果表明,森林植被类型显著影响土壤肥力特征,针叶林土壤有机碳含量高于阔叶林,但速效养分相对较低;土壤微生物量碳氮比值在不同季节存在明显差异,且与土壤pH值呈显著正相关。创新性地构建了基于微生物驱动的养分循环模型,揭示了微生物在养分转化中的关键作用,为理解森林生态系统土壤肥力演变提供了新视角。研究表明,合理调控森林经营管理措施可有效提升土壤肥力水平,促进养分高效循环利用,对实现森林生态系统的健康稳定发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
  Forest ecosystems, as the dominant terrestrial ecosystems on Earth, play an irreplaceable role in maintaining global ecological balance, with soil fertility and nutrient cycling being one of their core functions. This study aims to explore the mechanisms of soil fertility formation in forest ecosystems and its relationship with nutrient cycling, providing theoretical support for sustainable forest resource management. By selecting typical forest plots, a combination of field surveys, laboratory analyses, and model simulations was employed to systematically investigate the soil physicochemical properties, microbial community structures, and dynamic changes in key nutrient elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc.) under different forest types. The results indicate that forest vegetation type significantly influences soil fertility characteristics, with coniferous forests exhibiting higher soil organic carbon content than broadleaf forests but relatively lower levels of available nutrients; the soil microbial biomass carbon-to-nitrogen ratio shows significant seasonal variations and is positively correlated with soil pH. An innovative microbially driven nutrient cycling model was constructed, revealing the critical role of microorganisms in nutrient transformation and offering a new perspective on the evolution of soil fertility in forest ecosystems. The study demonstrates that appropriate adjustments in forest management practices can effectively enhance soil fertility levels and promote efficient nutrient cycling, which is of great significance for achieving healthy and stable development of forest ecosystems.
