国际援助项目中跨文化社会工作专业关系的协调与发展研究

  



摘    要


  随着全球化进程的加速,国际援助项目日益增多,在不同文化背景下的援助工作面临着诸多挑战,跨文化社会工作专业关系的协调与发展成为关键议题。本研究旨在探讨国际援助项目中跨文化社会工作专业关系的协调与发展,以提升援助效果并促进多元文化的和谐共生。从援助方与受援方的文化差异、价值观冲突、沟通障碍等多方面剖析现存问题。研究发现,文化误解和缺乏有效的沟通机制是影响跨文化社会工作专业关系的主要因素,而建立基于相互尊重和平等对话的合作模式能够有效改善这一状况。创新性地提出构建包含文化敏感性培训、建立多元文化团队以及制定适应当地文化的援助策略在内的综合协调机制,为国际援助项目中的跨文化社会工作提供理论依据与实践指导,有助于推动国际援助事业向着更加包容、高效的方向发展,也为相关领域的研究提供了新的视角和方法。

Abstract

  With the acceleration of globalization and the increasing number of international aid projects, aid work under different cultural backgrounds is facing many challenges, and the coordination and development of intercultural social work professional relations has become a key issue. The purpose of this study is to explore the coordination and development of intercultural social work professional relations in international aid projects, so as to enhance the effectiveness of aid and promote the harmonious coexistence of multi-cultures. The existing problems are analyzed from the aspects of cultural differences, value conflicts and communication barriers between donors and recipients. It is found that cultural misunderstanding and lack of effective communication mechanism are the main factors affecting the professional relationship of cross-cultural social work, and establishing a cooperation model based on mutual respect and equal dialogue can effectively improve this situation. It innovatively proposes the construction of a comprehensive coordination mechanism including cultural sensitivity training, the establishment of multicultural teams and the formulation of aid strategies adapted to local culture, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for cross-cultural social work in international aid projects, and help promote the development of international aid in a more inclusive and efficient direction. It also provides a new perspective and method for the research of related fields.
