家庭社会工作服务模式在跨文化场景下的适应性分析 -社会工作专业

摘要

随着全球化进程的加速，跨文化场景日益普遍，家庭结构与功能发生深刻变化，传统家庭社会工作服务模式面临挑战。本研究旨在探讨家庭社会工作服务模式在跨文化场景下的适应性，以期为多元文化背景下的家庭提供更有效的支持。不同文化对家庭关系的理解存在显著差异，影响了服务模式的应用效果；跨文化场景下家庭社会工作需兼顾文化敏感性和专业规范性，强调本土化与国际化相结合。创新点在于构建了一个包含文化适应维度、服务内容调整机制以及评估反馈体系的综合框架，为跨文化家庭社会工作提供了理论依据和实践指导。该研究不仅丰富了家庭社会工作的理论体系，还为相关政策制定者和服务提供者在应对全球化带来的文化多样性时提供了重要参考，有助于推动家庭社会工作在多元文化环境中的创新发展。

Abstract

With the acceleration of globalization, cross-cultural scenes are becoming more and more common, family structure and function have undergone profound changes, and the traditional family social work service model is facing challenges. The purpose of this study is to explore the adaptability of the family social work service model in the cross-cultural context, in order to provide more effective support for the family in the multicultural background. There are significant differences in the understanding of family relationship between different cultures, which affects the application effect of service model. In the context of cross-cultural family social work, cultural sensitivity and professional standardization should be taken into account, emphasizing the combination of localization and internationalization. The innovation point lies in the construction of a comprehensive fr amework including cultural adaptation dimension, service content adjustment mechanism and evaluation feedback system, which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for cross-cultural family social work. This study not only enrichis the theoretical system of family social work, but also provides an important reference for relevant policy makers and service providers to cope with the cultural diversity brought about by globalization, and helps to promote the innovative development of family social work in a multicultural environment.
