跨文化背景下矫治社会工作服务模式的特色与完善 -社会工作专业

摘要

在全球化背景下，跨文化因素对矫治社会工作服务模式产生深刻影响。本研究旨在探讨不同文化语境下矫治社会工作的特色与完善路径，以提升服务效果和适应性。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理，发现跨文化背景下矫治社会工作呈现出多元融合的服务理念、灵活多样的干预手段以及个性化定制的矫治方案等特色。研究结果表明，文化敏感性在矫治过程中起到关键作用，能够有效提高服务对象的接受度和参与度。同时，通过引入文化适应理论，构建了包含文化评估、文化整合、文化支持三个维度的跨文化矫治框架，为实践提供了理论依据。本研究创新性地将文化视角融入传统矫治模式，提出建立跨文化专业团队、开发本土化教材、加强国际交流合作等具体建议，丰富了矫治社会工作的理论体系，为推动该领域的发展提供了新的思路和方法，对于促进不同文化背景下矫治工作的有效开展具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

In the context of globalization, cross-cultural factors have a profound impact on the corrective social work service model. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics and improvement paths of correctional social work in different cultural contexts in order to improve the effectiveness and adaptability of the service. Through the systematic review of relevant literature at home and abroad, it is found that under the cross-cultural background, corrective social work presents the characteristics of diversified and integrated service concepts, flexible and diverse intervention means, and personalized and customized corrective programs. The results show that cultural sensitivity plays a key role in the process of correction, which can effectively improve the acceptability and participation of the service target. At the same time, through the introduction of acculturation theory, the author constructs a cross-cultural correction fr amework including cultural assessment, cultural integration and cultural support, which provides a theoretical basis for practice. This study innovatively integrates the cultural perspective into the traditional mode of correction, and puts forward specific suggestions such as the establishment of cross-cultural professional teams, the development of localized teaching materials, and the strengthening of international exchanges and cooperation, which enriches the theoretical system of correction social work, provides new ideas and methods for promoting the development of this field, and has important practical significance for promoting the effective development of correction work under different cultural backgrounds.
