社会工作价值观在历史演进中的变迁与坚守 -社会工作专业

摘要

社会工作价值观作为社会工作专业发展的核心要素，在历史演进中经历了复杂的变迁与坚守过程。本文基于对社会工作发展历程的梳理，以历史分析法和文献研究法为主要研究方法，深入探讨了从19世纪末至今社会工作价值观在不同历史阶段的变化轨迹及其内在逻辑。研究发现，早期社会工作价值观受宗教慈善思想影响较大，强调救济与救助；随着工业化、城市化进程加快，逐渐融入科学助人理念，关注个体与环境互动；二战后，人权意识觉醒促使社会工作价值观更加注重平等、公正与赋权。在此过程中，尽管面临多种思潮冲击，但始终坚守以人为本、助人自助的核心价值理念。本研究创新性地构建了社会工作价值观的历史演变框架，揭示了其变迁背后的经济社会文化动因，为理解当代社会工作价值观提供了理论依据，并为我国社会工作本土化发展提供了有益借鉴，有助于推动社会工作理论与实践更好地适应社会发展需求。

Abstract

Social work values, as a core element of professional social work development, have undergone complex transformations and坚守 processes throughout history. This paper, based on an examination of the evolution of social work, primarily employs historical analysis and literature research methods to thoroughly explore the trajectory and internal logic of changes in social work values from the late 19th century to the present. The study finds that early social work values were significantly influenced by religious charitable thought, emphasizing relief and assistance; with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, scientific helping concepts gradually integrated into social work, focusing on the interaction between individuals and their environment; after World War II, the awakening of human rights awareness prompted social work values to place greater emphasis on equality, justice, and empowerment. Throughout this process, despite being challenged by various ideologies, social work has consistently upheld the core value of being people-oriented and promoting self-help. This research innovatively constructs a historical evolution fr amework for social work values, revealing the socio-economic and cultural drivers behind these changes, providing a theoretical basis for understanding contemporary social work values, and offering valuable insights for the localization of social work in China, thereby facilitating better adaptation of social work theory and practice to societal development needs.
