压力传感器在液压系统状态监测中的应用与优化
摘 要
液压系统作为现代工业设备的核心组成部分,其运行状态直接关系到整个系统的安全性和可靠性。为实现对液压系统状态的实时监测与故障预警,压力传感器的应用至关重要。本文旨在探讨压力传感器在液压系统状态监测中的应用与优化,通过分析不同工作环境下压力传感器的性能表现,提出了一种基于多参数融合的状态监测方法。研究采用理论分析与实验验证相结合的方式,选取典型液压系统为研究对象,利用高精度压力传感器采集压力数据,并结合温度、流量等辅助参数进行综合分析。结果表明,该方法能够有效提高液压系统故障诊断的准确性与时效性,实现了对液压系统潜在故障的早期预警。

Abstract
As the core component of modern industrial equipment, the operation state of hydraulic system is directly related to the safety and reliability of the whole system. In order to realize real-time monitoring and fault warning of hydraulic system condition, the application of pressure sensor is crucial. This paper aims to discuss the application and optimization of pressure sensor in the state monitoring of hydraulic system, by analyzing the performance of pressure sensor in different working environments, and propose a state monitoring method based on multi-parameter fusion. The study adopts the combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification, selects the typical hydraulic system as the research ob ject, uses the high-precision pressure sensor to collect the pressure data, and combines with the auxiliary parameters such as temperature and flow for comprehensive analysis. The results show that this method can effectively improve the accuracy and timeliness of hydraulic system fault diagnosis, and realize the early warning of potential failure of hydraulic system.
