  随着经济全球化进程的加速,中小企业在国际市场上扮演着日益重要的角色。本研究聚焦于中小企业国际化战略选择与路径分析,旨在探讨其在全球化背景下的发展策略。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合我国中小企业的实际运营情况,采用案例分析、问卷调查及访谈等多方法综合研究,选取了具有代表性的制造业、服务业等多个行业的中小企业作为样本。研究发现,中小企业国际化过程中面临诸多挑战,如资源有限、抗风险能力弱等,但同时也存在灵活性强的优势。结果表明,企业应根据自身特点和外部环境,选择适合的国际化模式,包括渐进式进入、战略联盟等,并构建动态调整机制以适应不断变化的国际市场环境。创新点在于首次提出基于企业生命周期理论的分阶段国际化路径模型,为中小企业提供更具操作性的指导框架,有助于提升其国际竞争力,促进可持续发展。此外,本研究还强调了政府政策支持体系的重要性,建议从融资渠道、信息服务等方面给予中小企业更多扶持,为其国际化进程创造良好条件。这一研究成果不仅丰富了中小企业国际化理论,也为实践提供了有益参考。

Abstract

  With the acceleration of economic globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing an increasingly significant role in international markets. This study focuses on the analysis of internationalization strategy choices and paths for SMEs, aiming to explore their development strategies under the context of globalization. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature and combining it with the actual operational conditions of Chinese SMEs, this research employs a multi-method approach including case studies, surveys, and interviews, selecting representative samples from various industries such as manufacturing and services. The findings indicate that while SMEs face numerous challenges during internationalization, such as limited resources and weak risk resistance capabilities, they also possess advantages like flexibility. The results suggest that enterprises should choose appropriate internationalization models based on their own characteristics and external environments, including gradual entry and strategic alliances, and establish dynamic adjustment mechanisms to adapt to the ever-changing international market environment. An innovation of this study is the first-time proposal of a phased internationalization path model based on the enterprise life cycle theory, providing SMEs with a more operational guidance fr amework to enhance their international competitiveness and promote sustainable development. Additionally, this study emphasizes the importance of government policy support systems, recommending more assistance for SMEs in areas such as financing channels and information services, creating favorable conditions for their internationalization process. This research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of SME internationalization but also offers valuable practical references.
