无线传感器网络在工业环境监测中的应用

摘    要

  随着工业自动化和信息化进程的加速,工业环境监测面临着复杂性增加、精度要求提高等挑战。无线传感器网络凭借其灵活性、可扩展性和低成本优势,在工业环境监测领域展现出巨大应用潜力。本研究旨在探讨无线传感器网络在工业环境监测中的应用,通过构建基于ZigBee协议的无线传感网络系统,实现对工业环境中温度、湿度、气体浓度等多参数的实时监测。采用模块化设计思想,将传感器节点分为数据采集模块、数据处理模块和通信模块,确保系统的稳定性和可靠性。实验结果表明,该系统能够以高精度、低延迟的方式完成数据采集与传输任务,有效解决了传统有线监测方式布线困难、维护成本高等问题。特别是在复杂工业场景下,无线传感器网络表现出良好的适应性和鲁棒性,为工业环境监测提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract 
  With the acceleration of industrial automation and information process, industrial environment monitoring is faced with challenges such as increasing complexity and increasing accuracy requirements. With its flexibility, scalability and low cost advantages, the wireless sensor network shows great application potential in the field of industrial environmental monitoring. This study aims to explore the application of wireless sensor network in industrial environment monitoring and realize real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity and gas concentration in industrial environment by constructing a wireless sensor network system based on ZigBee protocol. Using the modular design idea, the sensor nodes are divided into data acquisition module, data processing module and communication module to ensure the stability and reliability of the system. The experimental results show that the system can complete the data collection and transmission tasks with high precision and low delay, and effectively solve the problems of difficult wiring and high maintenance cost of the traditional wired monitoring mode. Especially in the complex industrial scenarios, the wireless sensor networks show good adaptability and robustness, which provides a new technical means for the industrial environment monitoring.
