摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,中小企业面临着数字化转型的必然趋势。本研究旨在探讨中小企业在数字化转型过程中的策略选择及其影响因素,以提升中小企业的竞争力和可持续发展能力。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合问卷调查与案例分析的方法,选取了具有代表性的中小企业进行深入研究。研究发现,中小企业的数字化转型受到企业规模、行业特性、管理层认知等多方面因素的影响,而成功的数字化转型需要从战略规划、技术应用、组织变革、人才培育等多个维度综合考量。创新点在于构建了适用于中小企业的数字化转型评估模型,并提出了基于不同发展阶段的差异化转型路径。该模型不仅考虑了外部环境变化对企业数字化转型的要求,还充分关注了内部资源与能力的匹配性。研究结果表明,积极拥抱数字化转型的中小企业能够显著提高运营效率,增强市场响应速度,优化客户体验,从而获得竞争优势。主要贡献在于为中小企业提供了切实可行的数字化转型指导框架,有助于政策制定者理解中小企业面临的挑战并制定相应的支持政策,同时也为企业管理者提供了理论依据和实践参考。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are confronted with the inevitable trend of digital transformation. This study aims to explore the strategic choices and influencing factors of SMEs during their digital transformation process in order to enhance their competitiveness and sustainability. By systematically reviewing relevant domestic and international literature, and employing methods of questionnaire surveys and case studies, representative SMEs were selected for in-depth research. The findings indicate that the digital transformation of SMEs is influenced by multiple factors including enterprise scale, industry characteristics, and managerial perception. Successful digital transformation requires a comprehensive consideration from various dimensions such as strategic planning, technology application, organizational change, and talent cultivation. An innovation of this study lies in constructing a digital transformation evaluation model tailored for SMEs, proposing differentiated transformation paths based on different stages of development. This model not only takes into account the requirements imposed by external environmental changes on enterprise digital transformation but also fully considers the compatibility of internal resources and capabilities. The results show that SMEs actively embracing digital transformation can significantly improve operational efficiency, enhance market responsiveness, and optimize customer experience, thereby gaining competitive advantages. The main contribution of this study is providing a practical and feasible guidance fr amework for the digital transformation of SMEs, which helps policymakers understand the challenges faced by SMEs and formulate corresponding support policies, while also offering theoretical basis and practical references for enterprise managers.
