摘 要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,制造业对高效、灵活、个性化的生产方式需求日益增长,而增材制造技术具有可实现复杂结构一体化成型、材料利用率高等优势。本研究旨在探索增材制造技术与传统机械制造技术融合发展的路径,以提升制造业整体竞争力。通过文献调研、案例分析等方法,深入剖析两种技术的特点及应用现状,构建了融合发展的评价指标体系,并基于此提出了从工艺流程整合、设备集成创新到人才培养模式转变的多层次融合策略。研究发现,融合后的新制造模式能够显著提高产品开发效率,降低生产成本,增强企业响应市场个性化需求的能力。本研究创新性地将两种看似不同路径的技术进行系统性融合探索,为制造业提供了新的发展思路,其主要贡献在于为制造业转型升级提供理论依据与实践指导,推动我国从制造大国向制造强国迈进。

Abstract
With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, the manufacturing industry has an increasing demand for efficient, flexible and personalized production methods, and additive manufacturing technology has the advantages of integrated molding of complex structures and high material utilization. This study aims to explore the integration of additive manufacturing technology and traditional machinery manufacturing technology to improve the overall competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Through literature research, case analysis and other methods, the characteristics and application status of the two technologies are deeply analyzed, the evaluation index system of integrated development is constructed, and based on this, the multi-level integration strategy from process integration, equipment integration and innovation to the transformation of talent training mode is proposed. It is found that the new manufacturing mode can significantly improve the efficiency of product development, reduce the production cost, and enhance the ability of enterprises to respond to the personalized market demand. This research innovatively explores the systematic integration of two seemingly different paths of technology, and provides a new development idea for the manufacturing industry. Its main contribution is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and promote China's transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power.
