  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,大数据为机械制造业带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。传统机械制造业面临着生产效率低下、资源浪费严重、产品质量不稳定等诸多问题,亟需通过智能化转型实现产业升级。本研究旨在探讨基于大数据技术的机械制造业智能化转型策略,以提升企业竞争力和可持续发展能力。利用大数据可实现生产设备状态实时监测、故障预测性维护、工艺参数优化配置等功能,显著提高生产效率和产品质量。创新性地提出了“数据驱动+智能制造”的融合模式,强调跨部门协作与数据共享机制建设,为企业提供了一套行之有效的转型路径。该研究成果不仅填补了现有理论空白,还为机械制造企业在实际操作层面提供了具体指导,具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。研究表明,在大数据支持下,机械制造业能够有效应对市场变化,实现从传统制造向智能制造的转变,进而推动整个行业的高质量发展。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of information technology, big data has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the machinery manufacturing industry. The traditional machinery manufacturing industry is faced with many problems such as low production efficiency, serious waste of resources, and unstable product quality, and it is urgent to achieve industrial upgrading through intelligent transformation. The purpose of this study is to explore the intelligent transformation strategy of machinery manufacturing industry based on big data technology, so as to enhance the competitiveness and sustainable development ability of enterprises. The use of big data can achieve real-time monitoring of production equipment status, predictive maintenance of faults, optimization of process parameters and other functions, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. It innovatively puts forward the integration model of "data-driven + intelligent manufacturing", emphasizes the construction of cross-departmental collaboration and data sharing mechanism, and provides a set of effective transformation paths for enterprises. The research results not only fill the existing theoretical gaps, but also provide specific guidance for machinery manufacturing enterprises in the practical level, which has important academic value and practical significance. The research shows that with the support of big data, the machinery manufacturing industry can effectively respond to market changes, realize the transformation from traditional manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, and then promote the high-quality development of the entire industry.
