  随着我国农业现代化进程的加快,农业机械化水平成为影响农业生产效率和质量的关键因素,机械设计制造在其中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨机械设计制造对农业机械化发展的推动作用,以期为农业机械化发展提供理论支持和技术指导。机械设计制造创新能够显著提升农业机械性能,如精准设计可使播种机播种精度提高30%,智能控制技术让收割机作业效率提升25%。同时,新材料的应用有效降低了设备自重并增强了耐用性。本研究创新点在于将先进设计理念引入传统农机制造领域,强调智能化、绿色化发展方向,提出构建基于物联网的农机运维管理系统,实现远程监控与故障预警,为农业机械化向高质量发展转型提供了新思路,主要贡献是为农业机械设计制造优化升级指明方向,促进农业生产力进一步解放与发展。

Abstract

  With the acceleration of China's agricultural modernization process, the level of agricultural mechanization has become a key factor affecting the efficiency and quality of agricultural production, and mechanical design and manufacturing play an irreplaceable role in it. The purpose of this study is to explore the role of mechanical design and manufacturing in promoting the development of agricultural mechanization, in order to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the development of agricultural mechanization. Mechanical design and manufacturing innovation can significantly improve the performance of agricultural machinery, such as precision design can increase the seeding accuracy of the seeder by 30%, and intelligent control technology can increase the efficiency of the harvester by 25%. At the same time, the application of new materials effectively reduces the weight of the equipment and enhances the durability. The innovation point of this research is to introduce advanced design concepts into the field of traditional agricultural machinery manufacturing, emphasize the direction of intelligent and green development, propose the construction of agricultural machinery operation and maintenance management system based on the Internet of Things, realize remote monitoring and fault warning, and provide new ideas for the transformation of agricultural mechanization to high-quality development. The main contribution is to point out the direction for the optimization and upgrading of agricultural machinery design and manufacturing. We will further liberate and develop agricultural productive forces.
