离子交换树脂在废水处理中的应用与优化


摘    要

  随着工业发展,废水处理成为环境保护的重要课题。离子交换树脂凭借其高效选择性吸附特性,在重金属离子、有机污染物去除方面展现出独特优势。本研究旨在探讨离子交换树脂在不同类型废水处理中的应用效果及优化策略,通过对比分析多种树脂材料的性能差异,结合实际工程案例,系统评估了树脂的选择性、再生能力及使用寿命等关键参数。实验采用静态吸附与动态柱实验相结合的方法,考察了pH值、温度、流速等因素对吸附性能的影响,建立了数学模型以预测最佳操作条件。结果表明,特定功能基团改性的离子交换树脂对铜、镉、铅等重金属离子具有显著的选择性吸附能力,最大吸附量可达35mg/g以上;同时,针对有机染料废水,新型大孔结构树脂表现出优异的脱色效果,去除率超过90%。通过对树脂结构与性能关系的研究,提出了基于分子模拟技术的树脂优化设计思路,为开发高性能环保型离子交换材料提供了理论依据。该研究不仅丰富了离子交换理论体系,还为工业废水深度处理提供了切实可行的技术方案,具有重要的学术价值和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract 
  With the development of industry, wastewater treatment has become a critical environmental protection issue. Ion exchange resins, due to their high-efficiency selective adsorption characteristics, have demonstrated unique advantages in the removal of heavy me tal ions and organic pollutants. This study aims to investigate the application effects and optimization strategies of ion exchange resins in different types of wastewater treatment. By comparing the performance differences of various resin materials and integrating practical engineering cases, this research systematically evaluates key parameters such as resin selectivity, regeneration capability, and service life. The experiments combined batch adsorption with dynamic column tests to examine the influence of factors like pH value, temperature, and flow rate on adsorption performance, establishing mathematical models to predict optimal operating conditions. Results show that ion exchange resins modified with specific functional groups exhibit significant selective adsorption capacity for heavy me tal ions such as copper, cadmium, and lead, with maximum adsorption capacities exceeding 35 mg/g. Additionally, novel macroporous structure resins showed excellent decolorization effects for organic dye wastewater, achieving removal rates over 90%. Through the study of the relationship between resin structure and performance, an optimization design concept based on molecular simulation technology was proposed, providing theoretical basis for developing high-performance environmentally friendly ion exchange materials. This research not only enriches the theoretical system of ion exchange but also offers practical technical solutions for advanced industrial wastewater treatment, possessing significant academic value and broad application prospects.
