摘 要
离子液体作为一种新型绿色溶剂,因其独特的物理化学性质在药物合成领域展现出广阔的应用前景。本研究旨在探讨基于离子液体的萃取分离技术在药物合成中的应用,以提高药物合成效率和产品质量。通过系统研究不同种类离子液体对目标药物分子的选择性萃取能力,发现特定结构的离子液体能够显著增强目标产物的分离效果。实验采用响应面法优化萃取条件,确定了最佳工艺参数,实现了对多种药物中间体的有效分离。与传统有机溶剂相比,该方法具有更高的选择性和收率,同时降低了环境污染风险。研究结果表明,离子液体作为萃取介质不仅能够有效避免传统溶剂带来的安全问题,还能显著改善产品纯度。通过对反应体系中离子液体的作用机制进行深入分析,揭示了其在药物合成过程中的独特优势。本研究创新性地将离子液体应用于药物合成的后处理阶段,为开发高效、环保的药物制备工艺提供了新思路,有望推动绿色制药技术的发展。研究成果为离子液体在药物工业中的实际应用奠定了理论基础,展示了良好的工业化应用潜力。

Abstract
Ionic liquids, as a novel class of green solvents, exhibit extensive application prospects in pharmaceutical synthesis due to their unique physicochemical properties. This study investigates the application of ionic liquid-based extraction separation technology in pharmaceutical synthesis to enhance both the efficiency and quality of drug production. By systematically examining the selective extraction capabilities of different types of ionic liquids on target drug molecules, it was found that ionic liquids with specific structures significantly improve the separation efficiency of the desired products. The experimental conditions were optimized using response surface methodology, determining the optimal process parameters and achieving effective separation of multiple pharmaceutical intermediates. Compared with traditional organic solvents, this method demonstrates higher selectivity and yield while reducing environmental pollution risks. The results indicate that ionic liquids as extraction media not only effectively avoid safety issues associated with conventional solvents but also markedly improve product purity. Through an in-depth analysis of the mechanism by which ionic liquids function in the reaction system, their unique advantages in the pharmaceutical synthesis process were revealed. Innovatively applying ionic liquids in the post-processing stage of pharmaceutical synthesis provides new insights for developing efficient and environmentally friendly drug preparation processes, potentially advancing green pharmaceutical technology. The research findings lay a theoretical foundation for the practical application of ionic liquids in the pharmaceutical industry, showcasing promising potential for industrial application.
