摘 要:幼儿期是身心快速发展的关键阶段，户外活动对幼儿的健康成长至关重要。然而，户外活动中的安全隐患不容忽视，这成为学前教育领域亟待解决的问题。本研究旨在探讨幼儿户外活动安全教育与管理策略，以保障幼儿在户外活动中的安全。通过文献综述、问卷调查和实地考察等方法，收集了大量关于幼儿户外活动现状及安全管理的数据资料。研究发现，当前幼儿户外活动存在安全意识淡薄、设施不完善、管理制度缺失等问题。针对这些问题，提出了一系列创新性的管理策略，包括构建全方位的安全教育体系，从教师培训、家长参与、课程设置等方面入手；建立科学合理的安全管理制度，涵盖活动前中后的全过程管理；优化户外活动环境，确保设施设备的安全性与适用性。这些策略不仅为幼儿园提供了切实可行的操作指南，也为相关政策制定者提供了理论依据，有助于全面提升幼儿户外活动的安全管理水平，促进幼儿健康成长。

Abstract:Early childhood is a critical period for rapid physical and psychological development, during which outdoor activities play an essential role in the healthy growth of young children. However, safety hazards associated with outdoor activities cannot be overlooked, posing an urgent challenge in the field of early childhood education. This study aims to explore safety education and management strategies for outdoor activities among young children to ensure their safety during such activities. By employing methods including literature review, questionnaire surveys, and field visits, extensive data on the current status of outdoor activities and safety management for young children were collected. The findings reveal that current outdoor activities for young children are plagued by issues such as inadequate safety awareness, imperfect facilities, and the lack of management systems. In response to these problems, a series of innovative management strategies have been proposed, encompassing the establishment of a comprehensive safety education system addressing teacher training, parental involvement, and curriculum design; the development of scientific and rational safety management systems covering pre-, during-, and post-activity processes; and the optimization of outdoor activity environments to ensure the safety and suitability of facilities and equipment. These strategies not only provide practical guidelines for kindergartens but also offer theoretical support for policymakers, contributing to the overall improvement of safety management in outdoor activities and promoting the healthy development of young children.
