摘  要:幼儿教师专业成长是学前教育质量提升的关键因素,当前我国幼儿教育快速发展,对幼儿教师的专业素养提出了更高要求。本研究旨在探讨幼儿教师专业成长路径及其支持体系,通过文献分析、问卷调查和访谈等方法,收集了来自不同地区幼儿园的一线教师数据。研究发现,幼儿教师专业成长存在个体差异,主要受个人特质、工作环境及外部支持系统的影响。创新性地构建了涵盖职前培养、入职指导、在职培训和职业发展规划四位一体的成长模式,并提出建立多元协同的支持体系,包括政策保障、学校组织、家庭参与和社会资源的整合。该研究为优化幼儿教师队伍建设提供了理论依据与实践参考,强调了持续终身学习理念的重要性,有助于推动幼儿教育事业健康发展,为相关政策制定者和教育管理者提供科学决策依据。

Abstract:The professional development of early childhood educators is a critical factor in enhancing the quality of preschool education. Given the rapid development of early childhood education in China, higher demands are being placed on the professional competencies of early childhood educators. This study aims to explore the pathways and support systems for the professional growth of early childhood educators. Through methods such as literature analysis, surveys, and interviews, data were collected from frontline teachers in kindergartens across different regions. The findings indicate that the professional development of early childhood educators exhibits individual differences, primarily influenced by personal characteristics, working environments, and external support systems. Innovatively, this study constructs an integrated model of professional growth encompassing pre-service training, induction guidance, in-service education, and career development planning. It also proposes the establishment of a diversified and collaborative support system, including policy guarantees, school organization, family participation, and integration of social resources. This research provides theoretical foundations and practical references for optimizing the construction of early childhood educator teams, emphasizing the importance of lifelong learning, which contributes to the healthy development of early childhood education and offers scientific decision-making bases for policymakers and educational administrators.
