摘 要:幼儿心理健康教育是当前社会关注的热点问题,随着社会发展和家庭结构变化,幼儿面临更多心理挑战。本研究旨在探讨我国幼儿心理健康教育现状及存在的问题,通过文献分析、问卷调查和访谈法,对全国12个城市的幼儿园进行抽样调查,共收集有效问卷3056份。研究发现,当前幼儿心理健康教育存在重视程度不足、师资力量薄弱、课程体系不完善等问题,且城乡差异明显。创新性地构建了“家-园-社”三位一体的心理健康教育模式,提出加强师资培训、完善课程设置、建立评估体系等对策建议。研究结果表明,该模式能有效提升幼儿心理健康水平,为相关政策制定提供理论依据,也为幼儿园开展心理健康教育提供了实践指导,对促进幼儿身心健康发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Mental health education for young children has become a focal point of societal concern, as social development and changes in family structures expose young children to increasing psychological challenges. This study aims to examine the current status and existing issues of mental health education for young children in China. Through literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and interviews, a sample survey was conducted across kindergartens in 12 cities nationwide, collecting a total of 3,056 valid questionnaires. The findings reveal that current mental health education for young children is characterized by insufficient attention, weak teacher competence, and an incomplete curriculum system, with significant disparities between urban and rural areas. Innovatively, this study constructs a tripartite mental health education model integrating family, kindergarten, and community (home-kindergarten-community). It proposes strategies such as enhancing teacher training, improving curriculum design, and establishing evaluation systems. The results indicate that this model can effectively improve the mental health of young children, providing theoretical support for policy formulation and practical guidance for kindergartens in conducting mental health education, which holds significant importance for promoting the overall healthy development of young children.
