创新驱动型企业战略管理的实践与挑战


摘    要

  随着全球经济竞争加剧和科技迅猛发展,创新驱动型企业成为推动经济高质量发展的关键力量。本研究聚焦于创新驱动型企业的战略管理实践与挑战,旨在探讨其在复杂多变环境下的生存与发展之道。通过对国内外32家代表性创新型企业进行深度案例分析,并结合问卷调查获取的157份有效样本数据,运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,深入剖析了企业在战略制定、资源配置、人才管理等方面的具体做法及其面临的困境。研究发现,创新驱动型企业普遍重视技术研发投入,积极构建开放式创新体系,但同时也面临着技术不确定性高、市场风险大、知识产权保护难等突出问题。本研究揭示了企业需要建立以用户需求为导向的动态战略调整机制,强化跨部门协同创新能力,优化激励机制吸引并留住高端人才。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of global economic competition and the rapid development of science and technology, innovation-driven enterprises have become a key force to promoting high-quality economic development. This study focuses on the strategic management practices and challenges of innovation-driven enterprises, and aims to explore their survival and development in a complex and changeable environment. Through in-depth case analysis of 32 representative innovative enterprises at home and abroad, combined with 157 effective sample data obtained from the questionnaire survey, and using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, the specific practices and difficulties in strategy formulation, resource allocation and talent management are deeply analyzed. The study found that innovation-driven enterprises generally attach importance to investment in technology research and development and actively build an open innovation system, but at the same time, they also face prominent problems such as high technological uncertainty, high market risks and difficult protection of intellectual property rights. This study reveals that enterprises need to establish a dynamic strategic adjustment mechanism oriented by user needs, strengthen the ability of cross-departmental collaborative innovation, and optimize the incentive mechanism to attract and retain high-end talents.
