摘 要
随着社会经济的发展和家庭结构的变化，婚姻法不断变革以适应新的社会需求，夫妻财产制度作为婚姻关系中的重要组成部分也受到影响。本研究旨在探讨婚姻法变革对夫妻财产制度的影响，基于此目的，通过文献分析、案例研究与比较分析相结合的方法，系统梳理了我国婚姻法变革历程中关于夫妻财产制度的相关规定及其演变逻辑。研究发现，在传统法定夫妻财产制下，夫妻共同财产和个人财产界限模糊，婚姻法变革后，更加明确界定了夫妻共同财产和个人财产范围，强化了夫妻双方对各自婚前财产及婚后个人特有财产的所有权保护；同时，引入了约定财产制，赋予夫妻双方更大的自主权来约定财产归属，这不仅体现了对个体财产权利的尊重，而且有助于减少因财产问题引发的家庭矛盾。此外，针对夫妻债务承担方面，新规定明确了夫妻共同债务认定标准，避免一方无辜背负巨额债务的风险，保障了非举债方的合法权益。本研究创新性地从多个维度剖析了婚姻法变革背景下夫妻财产制度的变化，为完善相关法律法规提供了理论依据，也为司法实践处理夫妻财产纠纷提供了有益参考。

Abstract
With the development of the social economy and changes in family structures, matrimonial law has continuously evolved to adapt to new societal needs, impacting the marital property system as a crucial component of marital relationships. This study aims to explore the influence of changes in matrimonial law on the marital property system. To achieve this ob jective, a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and comparative analysis was employed to systematically examine the provisions and evolution logic concerning the marital property system throughout the transformation of China's matrimonial law. The findings reveal that under the traditional statutory marital property system, the boundaries between marital joint property and individual property were ambiguous. After the reform of matrimonial law, clearer definitions have been established for the scope of marital joint property and individual property, strengthening the protection of ownership rights over pre-marriage assets and post-marriage individually-owned specific assets for both spouses. Additionally, the introduction of contractual property arrangements grants couples greater autonomy in determining property ownership, not only reflecting respect for individual property rights but also helping to reduce family conflicts arising from property issues. Furthermore, regarding the assumption of marital debts, new regulations have clarified the criteria for identifying marital joint debts, preventing one party from unfairly bearing substantial debt and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the non-debtor spouse. This study innovatively analyzes changes in the marital property system against the backdrop of matrimonial law reforms from multiple dimensions, providing theoretical foundations for improving relevant laws and regulations and offering valuable references for judicial practices in resolving marital property disputes.
