智能制造系统在生产线中的应用与实现策略研究

工业4.0推动下,智能制造系统对提升制造业竞争力至关重要。面对个性化定制和市场需求快速响应的挑战,传统生产线效率和灵活性不足。本研究探讨智能制造系统在生产线的应用和实现策略,旨在提高效率、降低成本、增强竞争力。通过文献综述、案例分析和实地调研,分析了智能制造系统的架构设计、关键技术及其应用效果。研究发现,基于物联网、大数据分析、人工智能等技术的智能制造系统能实现设备互联互通、生产过程实时监控与优化调度,显著提升生产线智能化和柔性生产能力。特别提出融合边缘计算与云计算的混合架构,为中小企业实施智能制造提供可行路径。同时,开发了智能制造评估体系,为企业转型策略提供依据。研究显示,智能制造系统使企业生产效率提升30%,产品合格率提高15%,库存周转率改善。本研究为制造业转型升级提供理论和技术支持,助力我国制造业向强国转变。

Abstract
Driven by Industry 4.0, the intelligent manufacturing system is crucial to enhance the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Facing the challenge of personalized customization and rapid response to market demand, the traditional production line lacks insufficient efficiency and flexibility. This study discusses the application and implementation strategy of intelligent manufacturing system in the production line, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce cost and enhance competitiveness. Through the literature review, case analysis and field investigation, the architecture design, key technology and its application effect of the intelligent manufacturing system are analyzed. The research found that the intelligent manufacturing system based on the Internet of Things, big data analysis, artificial intelligence and other technologies can realize the interconnection of equipment, real-time monitoring and optimal scheduling of the production process, and significantly improve the intelligent and flexible production capacity of the production line. In particular, the hybrid architecture of integrating edge computing and cloud computing is proposed to provide a feasible path for small and medium-sized enterprises to implement intelligent manufacturing. At the same time, the intelligent manufacturing evaluation system has been developed to provide a basis for the enterprise transformation strategy. Research shows that the intelligent manufacturing system improves the production efficiency of enterprises by 30%, the product qualified rate by 15%, and the inventory turnover rate. This study provides theoretical and technical support for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and helps transform China's manufacturing industry into a strong country.
