摘 要
随着社会经济的发展和家庭结构的变化，婚姻家庭财产分割问题日益复杂，传统财产分割模式难以充分保障弱势方权益，基于此背景，本研究旨在探讨民法在婚姻家庭财产分割中对弱者保护的原则。通过对国内外相关法律法规、司法判例进行系统梳理，并结合社会学调查数据，采用文献分析与实证研究相结合的方法，深入剖析现行法律框架下存在的不足之处。研究发现，在财产分割过程中，女性、无固定收入者等弱势群体往往处于不利地位，主要体现在共同财产认定范围狭窄、分割比例不合理等方面。为此，本研究提出应拓宽共同财产认定范畴，综合考虑双方对家庭贡献的多元性，建立科学合理的财产评估机制，同时完善相关立法以确保司法实践中的公平正义。

Abstract
With the development of social economy and the change of family structure, the division of marriage and family property is increasingly complex, and the traditional property division model is difficult to fully protect the rights and interests of the vulnerable parties. Based on this background, this study aims to explore the principle of civil law to protect the weak in the division of marriage and family property. Through the systematic combing of the relevant laws and regulations and judicial cases at home and abroad, combined with the sociological survey data, and using the method of combining literature analysis and empirical research, the shortcomings under the current legal fr amework are deeply analyzed. It is found that in the process of property division, vulnerable groups such as women and people without fixed income are often in a disadvantageous position, mainly reflected in the narrow scope of common property identification and the unreasonable division proportion. Therefore, in this paper, this study proposes that the scope of joint property identification should be broadened, the diversity of both parties' contribution to the family should be considered, a scientific and reasonable property evaluation mechanism should be established, and relevant legislation should be improved to ensure fairness and justice in judicial practice.
