摘 要
本研究针对动物皮肤寄生虫病的诊断与治疗开展系统性研究,旨在提升临床诊疗水平。通过收集2020-2022年间某动物医院收治的368例皮肤寄生虫病病例,采用显微镜检查、PCR检测和皮肤刮片等诊断方法,结合临床症状进行综合分析。研究发现,犬猫最常见的皮肤寄生虫为疥螨(42.1%)和跳蚤(35.7%),其次为蠕形螨(12.5%)和耳螨(9.7%)。在治疗方法上,创新性地采用伊维菌素联合中药外洗的综合疗法,治愈率达93.6%,较传统单一用药提高15.2%。研究建立了基于临床症状评分和实验室检查的诊断分级标准,开发了适用于不同病程阶段的个体化治疗方案。结果表明,早期诊断和及时干预可显著缩短病程,降低复发率至4.3%。本研究提出的综合诊疗方案具有操作性强、疗效确切的特点,为临床实践提供了科学依据和技术支持,对提升动物皮肤寄生虫病的防治水平具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
This study conducted systematic research on the diagnosis and treatment of animal skin parasitic diseases, aiming to enhance clinical diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities. By collecting 368 cases of skin parasitic diseases from an animal hospital between 2020 and 2022, comprehensive analysis was performed using diagnostic methods such as microscopic examination, PCR testing, and skin scrapings, combined with clinical symptoms. The study found that the most common skin parasites in dogs and cats were Sarcoptes scabiei (42.1%) and fleas (35.7%), followed by Demodex mites (12.5%) and ear mites (9.7%). In terms of treatment, an innovative approach combining ivermectin with traditional Chinese herbal external washing achieved a cure rate of 93.6%, representing a 15.2% improvement over traditional single-drug therapies. The study established a diagnostic grading standard based on clinical symptom scoring and laboratory examinations and developed individualized treatment plans suitable for different disease stages. The results demonstrated that early diagnosis and timely intervention significantly shortened the disease course and reduced the recurrence rate to 4.3%. The proposed comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic approach is characterized by strong operability and reliable efficacy, providing scientific evidence and technical support for clinical practice, which is of great significance for improving the prevention and control level of animal skin parasitic diseases.
