仙鹤草中酚酸类成分的提取及止血作用研究
摘 要
酚酸类成分是仙鹤草中重要的活性成分之一,对于研究其止血机制具有重要意义。为了更有效地利用仙鹤草资源,本研究旨在优化仙鹤草酚酸类成分的提取工艺,并深入探究其止血作用。本研究针对仙鹤草酚酸类成分的提取及止血作用进行了系统研究。通过对比不同提取方法,优化了仙鹤草酚酸类成分的提取工艺,提高了酚酸得率。采用高效液相色谱法对提取物中的主要酚酸成分进行了定性定量分析。体外实验表明,仙鹤草提取物能够显著缩短凝血时间,促进血小板聚集。体内实验进一步验证了其止血效果,并通过组织病理学观察评估了提取物的安全性。

EXTRACTION OF PHENOLIC ACID COMPONENTS AND HEMOSTASIS
ABSTRACT
Phenolic acid component is one of the important active components in grass, which is important to study its hemostasis mechanism. In order to make the use of grass resources more effectively, this study aims to optimize the extraction process of phenolic acid components and explore its hemostasis effect. In this study, the extraction and hemostasis of phenolic acids were systematically studied. By comparing different extraction methods, the extraction process of phenolic acid components was optimized and the phenolic acid yield was improved. The major phenolic acid components in the extracts were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by HPLC. In vitro experiments showed that the herb extract could significantly shorten the coagulation time and promote platelet aggregation. In vivo experiments further validated the hemostatic efficacy, and the safety of the extracts was assessed by histopathological observations.
