金银花的抗菌作用及其在感染性疾病中的应用
摘 要
金银花作为一种传统中药材，其抗菌活性在现代医学中具有重要研究价值。本研究旨在系统评估金银花的抗菌作用及其在感染性疾病治疗中的应用潜力。通过体外实验和动物模型相结合的方法，采用琼脂扩散法、微量稀释法和时间-杀菌曲线测定金银花提取物对临床常见致病菌的抑菌效果，并利用小鼠脓毒症模型评估其体内抗菌活性。研究结果表明，金银花提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等革兰氏阳性和阴性菌均表现出显著的抑制作用，最低抑菌浓度范围为0.25-2 mg/mL。机制研究发现，金银花可通过破坏细菌细胞膜完整性、抑制生物膜形成等多途径发挥抗菌作用。在动物实验中，金银花提取物显著降低了脓毒症小鼠的死亡率，并有效减轻了炎症反应。

ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT OF HONEYSUCKLE AND ITS USE IN INFECTIOUS DISEASES
ABSTRACT
As a traditional Chinese medicine, the antibacterial activity of honeysuckle has important research value in modern medicine. This study aims to systematically evaluate the antibacterial effect of honeysuckle and its potential in the treatment of infectious diseases. Through a combination of in vitro experiments and animal model, the agar diffusion method, microdilution method and time-bactericidal curve were used, and the in vivo antibacterial activity was evaluated using the mouse sepsis model. The results showed that honeysuckle extract showed significant inhibition against Gram-positive and negative bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, with a minimum inhibitory concentration ranging from 0.25-2 mg/mL. Mechanistic studies have found that honeysuckle can play an antibacterial effect by destroying bacterial cell membrane integrity and inhibiting biofilm formation. In animal experiments, honeysuckle extract significantly reduced mortality and effectively reduced inflammation in septic mice.
