菊花在眼科疾病治疗中的传统应用与现代研究
摘 要
菊花作为传统中药材，在眼科疾病治疗中具有悠久的历史应用。本研究旨在系统梳理菊花在眼科疾病治疗中的传统应用经验，并通过现代药理学研究验证其作用机制与临床疗效。采用文献计量学方法对古代医籍和现代研究文献进行系统分析，结合体外细胞实验和动物模型验证菊花的药理活性。研究发现，菊花提取物具有显著的抗炎、抗氧化和神经保护作用，其有效成分如木犀草苷、绿原酸等可通过调控NF-κB、MAPK等信号通路抑制炎症反应，减轻视网膜损伤。临床研究表明，菊花制剂可有效改善干眼症、青光眼等常见眼科疾病的症状，且安全性良好。本研究的创新点在于首次系统阐明了菊花在眼科疾病治疗中的多靶点作用机制，为传统中药的现代化应用提供了科学依据。

TRADITIONAL APPLICATION AND MODERN RESEARCH OF CHRYSANTHEMUM IN THE TREATMENT OF OPHTHALMIC DISEASES
ABSTRACT
As a traditional Chinese medicine, chrysanthemum has a long history of application in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases. This study aims to systematically comb the traditional application experience of chrysanthemum in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases, and to verify its mechanism of action and clinical efficacy through modern pharmacological studies. Systematic analysis of ancient medical records and modern research literature by combining in vitro cell experiments and animal models to verify the pharmacological activity of chrysanthemum. It is found that chrysanthemum extract has significant anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective effects, and its active components such as luteidin and chlorogenic acid can inhibit inflammation and reduce retinal damage by regulating signaling pathways such as NF- κ B and MAPK. Clinical studies have shown that chrysanthemum preparation can effectively improve the symptoms of common eye diseases such as dry eye and glaucoma, and has good safety. The innovation of this study lies in the first systematic clarification of the multi-target mechanism of chrysanthemum in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases, which provides a scientific basis for the modern application of traditional Chinese medicine.
