摘 要
肉苁蓉作为一种传统中药,近年来因其多糖成分的生物活性备受关注。研究表明,肉苁蓉多糖具有显著的免疫调节作用,但其具体机制尚未完全阐明。本研究旨在探讨肉苁蓉多糖对免疫系统的调节作用及其分子机制。通过体外细胞实验和体内动物模型,我们系统分析了CDPs对巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞及自然杀伤细胞的活性影响。结果显示,CDPs能够显著增强巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,促进T淋巴细胞的增殖与分化,并提高NK细胞的杀伤活性。进一步的分子机制研究表明,CDPs通过激活TLR4/NF-κB信号通路,调控促炎性细胞因子的表达,从而增强机体的免疫应答能力。此外,我们还发现CDPs能够通过调节肠道菌群平衡,间接影响免疫系统的功能。这些发现为肉苁蓉多糖在免疫调节领域的应用提供了新的理论依据。本研究的创新之处在于首次揭示了CDPs通过TLR4/NF-κB通路和肠道菌群的双重调控机制,为开发基于肉苁蓉多糖的免疫调节药物提供了潜在的应用前景。

IMMUNOMODULATORY EFFECTS OF CISTANCHE POLYSACCHARIDE AND ITS MECHANISM
ABSTRACT
Cistanche deserticola, as a traditional Chinese medicine, has attracted much attention in recent years due to the bioactivity of its polysaccharide components. Studies have shown that cistanche polysaccharide has significant immunomodulatory effects, but its specific mechanism has not been fully elucidated. The aim of this study was to investigate the regulatory effect of cistanche polysaccharide on immune system and its molecular mechanism. We systematically analyzed the effects of CDPs on the activity of macrophages, T lymphocytes and natural killer cells through in vitro cell experiments and in vivo animal models. The results showed that CDPs could significantly enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages, promote the proliferation and differentiation of T lymphocytes, and enhance the killing activity of NK cells. Further molecular mechanism studies show that CDPs regulates the ex pression of pro-inflammatory cytokines by activating TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby enhancing the immune response of the body. In addition, we found that CDPs can indirectly affect the function of the immune system by regulating the balance of intestinal flora. These findings provide a new theoretical basis for the application of cistanche polysaccharide in the field of immune regulation. The innovation of this study is that it reveals for the first time the dual regulatory mechanism of CDPs through TLR4/NF-κB pathway and intestinal flora, which provides a potential application prospect for the development of immunomodulatory drugs based on cistanche polysaccharides.
