本文旨在探讨智慧城市框架下公共服务均等化的路径研究。首先，文章概述了智慧城市与公共服务均等化的研究背景，分析了当前公共服务均等化的研究现状，并介绍了研究方法与技术路线。接着，文章构建了智慧城市框架下的公共服务体系，详细阐述了其理论基础，分析了公共服务均等化的核心要素，并探讨了智慧技术对公共服务的影响机制。这些内容为后续研究提供了坚实的理论基础。然后，文章深入剖析了公共服务均等化的现实困境与成因，包括区域间公共服务供给差异、城乡公共服务资源配置失衡以及智慧城市建设中的数字鸿沟现象。这些困境严重阻碍了公共服务均等化的实现。针对这些困境，文章设计了智慧城市框架下公共服务均等化的路径。首先，提出了基于大数据的精准服务供给模式，以提高公共服务的针对性和有效性。其次，提出了智能化公共资源配置优化策略，以实现资源的合理配置和高效利用。最后，构建了多元主体协同治理机制，以加强政府、企业和社会等各方力量的合作与协调。本文的研究对于推动智慧城市框架下公共服务均等化的实现具有重要的理论和实践意义，有助于提升公共服务水平，促进社会公平与和谐发展。

Abstract
This article aims to explore the path research of equalization of public services under the fr amework of smart cities. Firstly, the article outlines the research background of smart cities and equalization of public services, analyzes the current research status of equalization of public services, and introduces the research methods and technical routes. Subsequently, the article constructed a public service system under the fr amework of smart cities, elaborated on its theoretical basis, analyzed the core elements of equalization of public services, and explored the impact mechanism of smart technology on public services. These contents provide a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Then, the article deeply analyzed the practical difficulties and causes of equalization of public services, including regional differences in public service supply, imbalanced allocation of urban and rural public service resources, and the digital divide phenomenon in smart city construction. These difficulties seriously hinder the realization of equalization of public services. In response to these challenges, the article proposes a path for equalization of public services within the fr amework of smart cities. Firstly, a precise service supply model based on big data was proposed to improve the targeting and effectiveness of public services. Secondly, an intelligent optimization strategy for public resource allocation has been proposed to achieve rational allocation and efficient utilization of resources. Finally, a multi-party collaborative governance mechanism was established to strengthen cooperation and coordination among government, enterprises, and society. The research in this article has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the equalization of public services under the fr amework of smart cities, helping to improve the level of public services and promote social equity and harmonious development.
