本文旨在探讨数字化转型对公共资源配置效率的影响及优化路径。在数字化转型的大背景下，公共资源配置面临着前所未有的变革机遇与挑战。文章首先分析了数字化转型与公共资源配置的研究背景及意义，综述了国内外在该领域的研究现状。接着，文章深入剖析了数字化转型对公共资源配置的影响机制，指出数字技术驱动的资源配置模式变革、数据要素在资源配置中的核心作用以及数字化平台对资源配置效率的提升路径。这些机制共同构成了数字化转型下公共资源配置效率提升的理论基础。为量化评估公共资源配置效率，本文构建了基于数字化的资源配置效率评价指标和多维度资源配置效率评估模型，并通过实证分析验证了模型的有效性。在此基础上，文章进一步提出了提升公共资源配置效率的数字化转型路径，包括优化数字基础设施建设、完善数据治理体系以及构建智能化资源配置平台等方面的政策建议和实施策略。本文的研究不仅有助于深化对数字化转型下公共资源配置效率提升机制的理解，也为政府和相关机构制定数字化转型政策、优化公共资源配置提供了理论依据和实践指导。通过数字化转型，可以推动公共资源配置更加高效、公平和可持续，进而促进经济社会的全面发展。

Abstract
This article aims to explore the impact of digital transformation on the efficiency of public resource allocation and the optimization path. In the context of digital transformation, the allocation of public resources is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for change. The article first analyzes the research background and significance of digital transformation and public resource allocation, and summarizes the current research status in this field at home and abroad. Subsequently, the article delves into the impact mechanism of digital transformation on public resource allocation, pointing out the transformation of resource allocation models driven by digital technology, the core role of data elements in resource allocation, and the path for improving resource allocation efficiency through digital platforms. These mechanisms together form the theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of public resource allocation under digital transformation. To quantitatively evaluate the efficiency of public resource allocation, this article constructs a digital based resource allocation efficiency evaluation index and a multidimensional resource allocation efficiency evaluation model, and verifies the effectiveness of the model through empirical analysis. On this basis, the article further proposes a digital transformation path to improve the efficiency of public resource allocation, including policy recommendations and implementation strategies for optimizing digital infrastructure construction, improving data governance systems, and building intelligent resource allocation platforms. The research in this article not only helps to deepen the understanding of the mechanism for improving the efficiency of public resource allocation under digital transformation, but also provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the government and relevant institutions to formulate digital transformation policies and optimize public resource allocation. Through digital transformation, it can promote more efficient, fair, and sustainable allocation of public resources, thereby promoting comprehensive economic and social development.
