本文深入分析了林业产业结构调整的现状及其对农村经济的影响机制，并提出了相应的政策建议。首先，回顾了林业产业结构的演变历程，总结了当前林业产业结构的主要特征，并指出了林业产业结构调整所面临的挑战。接着，从农民收入、农村就业和农村生态环境三个方面，详细探讨了林业产业结构调整对农村经济的影响机制。研究发现，林业产业结构调整能够显著提高农民收入水平，促进农村就业增长，并对农村生态环境产生积极影响。最后，针对林业产业结构调整的现状和挑战，本文提出了促进林业产业结构调整的政策建议，包括加强科技创新与人才培养、优化林业产业布局与结构等。这些建议旨在推动林业产业结构的合理调整，促进农村经济的可持续发展。本研究对于指导林业产业结构调整、促进农村经济转型升级具有重要的理论和实践意义。

ABSTRACT
This article deeply analyzes the current situation of forestry industry structure adjustment and its impact mechanism on rural economy, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations. Firstly, the evolution of the forestry industry structure was reviewed, and the main characteristics of the current forestry industry structure were summarized. The challenges faced by the adjustment of the forestry industry structure were also pointed out. Next, the impact mechanism of forestry industry structure adjustment on rural economy was discussed in detail from three aspects: farmers' income, rural employment, and rural ecological environment. Research has found that the adjustment of forestry industry structure can significantly improve farmers' income levels, promote rural employment growth, and have a positive impact on the rural ecological environment. Finally, in response to the current situation and challenges of the adjustment of the forestry industry structure, this article proposes policy recommendations to promote the adjustment of the forestry industry structure, including strengthening technological innovation and talent cultivation, optimizing the layout and structure of the forestry industry, etc. These suggestions aim to promote the rational adjustment of the forestry industry structure and promote the sustainable development of rural economy. This study has important theoretical and practical significance for guiding the adjustment of forestry industry structure and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural economy.
