农业现代化进程中农业劳动力转移问题研究
摘 要
农业现代化是实现乡村振兴和可持续发展的关键环节，而农业劳动力转移作为其中的重要议题，对优化资源配置和促进城乡协调发展具有深远意义。本研究以农业现代化进程为背景，聚焦农业劳动力转移问题，旨在探讨其驱动机制、影响因素及潜在路径。通过构建理论模型并结合实证分析方法，利用全国范围内的调查数据进行定量研究，揭示了农业劳动力转移的动态特征及其与经济发展水平、产业结构调整之间的关系。研究表明，技术进步和政策引导是推动农业劳动力转移的核心动力，而区域差异性和个体异质性则显著影响转移效果。本研究创新性地提出了基于“人地关系—技术替代”框架的分析视角，并为制定精准化、差异化的劳动力转移政策提供了理论支持和实践参考，从而为农业现代化的深入推进贡献了新的思路和方法。

A STUDY ON THE TRANSFER OF AGRICULTURAL LABOR FORCE IN THE PROCESS OF AGRICULTURAL MODERNIZATION
ABSTRACT
Agricultural modernization is a critical component for achieving rural revitalization and sustainable development, and the transfer of agricultural labor force, as an important issue within this context, plays a profound role in optimizing resource allocation and promoting coordinated urban-rural development. This study examines the issue of agricultural labor transfer against the backdrop of the agricultural modernization process, aiming to explore its driving mechanisms, influencing factors, and potential pathways. By constructing a theoretical model and employing empirical analysis methods, it conducts quantitative research using nationwide survey data to reveal the dynamic characteristics of agricultural labor transfer and its relationship with economic development levels and industrial structure adjustments. The findings indicate that technological progress and policy guidance are the core drivers of agricultural labor transfer, while regional differences and individual heterogeneity significantly impact the effectiveness of such transfers. Innovatively, this study proposes an analytical perspective based on the "human-land relationship - technology substitution" fr amework, providing theoretical support and practical references for formulating precise and differentiated labor transfer policies, thereby contributing new ideas and methodologies to the advancement of agricultural modernization.
