家禽热应激的生理响应及缓解措施研究
摘 要
随着全球气候变暖,家禽养殖业面临的热应激问题日益严峻。热应激不仅影响家禽的生长性能、繁殖能力和产品质量,还增加了养殖成本,降低了经济效益。本研究围绕家禽热应激的生理机制、分子响应机制及缓解措施展开。在生理机制方面,探讨了热应激对家禽体温调节、代谢功能和免疫系统的影响。研究发现,热应激导致家禽体温升高,代谢率增加,采食量下降,同时免疫系统受到抑制。在分子响应机制方面,重点分析了热休克蛋白、基因表达变化和氧化应激在热应激中的作用。结果显示,热休克蛋白表达上调,基因表达发生显著变化,氧化应激水平升高。在缓解措施方面,研究了环境调控、营养干预和生物技术在缓解家禽热应激中的应用效果。结果表明,合理的环境调控、添加抗热应激营养物质和利用生物技术手段均可有效缓解家禽热应激,提高其生产性能和健康状况。本研究为家禽热应激的防控提供了科学依据和实践指导。

THE PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSE AND MITIGATION MEASURES OF HEAT STRESS IN POULTRY
ABSTRACT
With global warming, the poultry industry faces increasingly severe heat stress problems. Heat stress not only affects the growth performance, reproductive capacity and product quality of poultry, but also increases the breeding cost and reduces the economic benefits. This study focuses on the physiological mechanism, molecular response mechanism and mitigation measures of heat stress in poultry. In terms of physiological mechanisms, the effects of heat stress on thermoregulation, me tabolic function and immune system in poultry were explored. It have found that heat stress leads to increased body temperature, increased me tabolic rate, decreased food intake and suppressed immune system. Regarding the molecular response mechanism, we focused on the role of heat shock proteins, gene ex pression changes, and oxidative stress in heat stress. The results showed upregulation of heat shock proteins, significant changes in gene ex pression and increased levels of oxidative stress. In terms of mitigation measures, the effects of environmental regulation, nutritional intervention and biotechnology in alleviating heat stress in poultry were studied. The results show that reasonable environmental regulation, addition of heat stress nutrients and use of biotechnology can effectively alleviate heat stress in poultry and improve their performance and health. This study provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the prevention and control of heat stress in poultry.
