家兔肠道微生物群落结构与其消化性能的关系
摘 要
近年来,随着微生物组学技术的发展,对家兔肠道微生物的研究日益深入。家兔肠道微生物群落结构复杂,包括细菌、真菌、病毒等多种微生物,它们共同构成了家兔肠道的生态系统。不同生长阶段家兔的肠道微生物群落结构存在差异,且受到环境因素如饲粮成分、饲养环境等的显著影响。本研究旨在探讨家兔肠道微生物群落结构的基本特征及其对消化性能的影响机制。首先,分析了家兔肠道微生物的组成与多样性,以及不同生长阶段和环境因素对肠道微生物群落结构的影响。其次,建立了家兔消化性能的评价指标体系,并比较了不同测定方法的优劣。通过相关性分析,揭示了家兔肠道微生物群落结构与消化性能之间的密切关系。进一步的研究发现,肠道微生物代谢产物对消化性能具有显著作用,同时肠道微生物与宿主免疫系统存在相互作用,共同影响家兔的消化性能。此外,饲料成分对肠道微生物及消化性能具有调控作用,而肠道微生物群落的稳定性也与消化性能密切相关。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN GUT MICROBIAL COMMUNITY STRUCTURE AND ITS DIGESTIVE PERFORMANCE IN RABBITS
ABSTRACT
Recently, with the development of microbiome technology, the study of gut microbes in rabbits is increasingly advanced. The structure of rabbit gut microbial community is complex, including bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms, which together constitute the ecosystem of rabbit gut. The gut microbial community structure of rabbits varied at different growth stages, and was significantly influenced by environmental factors such as dietary composition and feeding environment. This study aimed to investigate the basic characteristics of the rabbit gut microbial community structure and the mechanism underlying its impact on digestive performance. First, the composition and diversity of rabbit gut microbes and the influence of different growth stages and environmental factors on the gut microbial community structure were analyzed. Secondly, the evaluation index system of rabbit digestive performance was established, and the advantages and disadvantages of different determination methods were compared. The correlation analysis revealed the close relationship between gut microbial community structure and digestive performance in rabbits. Further research found that the intestinal microbial me tabolites had a significant effect on the digestive performance, while the gut microbes interacted with the host immune system, which jointly affected the digestive performance of rabbits. In addition, feed components regulate gut microbial and digestive performance, and the stability of gut microbial community is also closely related to digestive performance.
