摘 要
猪肠道微生物群对动物营养和饲料效率有重要影响。本研究通过分析不同猪粪便样本,使用16S rRNA基因测序技术研究肠道微生物群的组成和多样性,并结合饲料消耗量和生长性能数据,评估其与饲料效率的相关性。研究显示,高饲料效率猪肠道中拟杆菌门和厚壁菌门丰度较高,特定菌属如乳酸菌属和普雷沃氏菌属与饲料转化率正相关。功能预测分析表明,这些菌群可能通过调节短链脂肪酸和能量代谢影响饲料效率。基于微生物群特征的分类模型能有效区分高、低饲料效率猪,准确率超85%。本研究揭示了猪肠道微生物群与饲料效率的关系,为提高猪生产性能提供了理论依据和潜在干预靶点。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PIG GUT MICROBIOTA AND FEED EFFICIENCY
ABSTRACT
Pig gut microbiota has an important impact on animal nutrition and feed efficiency. In this study, we evaluated the composition and diversity of the gut microbiota using 16S rRNA gene sequencing, and combined feed consumption and growth performance data. The study showed that the abundance of Bacteroidetes and Firmicutes was higher in the intestines of pigs with high feed efficiency, and specific bacterial genera such as Lactobacillus and Prevotella were positively correlated with the feed conversion rate. Functional prediction analysis suggests that these consortia may affect feed efficiency by regulating short-chain fatty acids and energy me tabolism. The classification model based on the characteristics of microbiota can effectively distinguish pigs with high and low feed efficiency, with an accuracy exceeding 85%. This study revealed the relationship between pig gut microbiota and feed efficiency, which provided a theoretical basis and potential intervention targets for improving pig performance.
