摘 要
冠心病作为一种常见的心血管疾病，其心脏康复护理在临床实践中具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨冠心病患者心脏康复护理中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。通过文献综述和实证研究相结合的方法，本研究分析了国内外冠心病心脏康复护理的现状，发现当前护理实践中存在患者依从性低、护理人员专业技能不足以及康复方案个性化不足等问题。研究结果显示，提高患者依从性的关键在于加强健康教育和社会支持，而提升护理人员的专业技能则需要系统的培训和持续的专业发展。此外，个性化康复方案的制定应基于患者的具体病情和生活习惯。本研究的贡献在于提出了系统化的心脏康复护理策略，包括建立多学科协作机制、实施分层管理以及利用信息技术进行远程监控等创新措施。这些对策不仅有助于改善冠心病患者的康复效果，也为未来的临床实践提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
Coronary heart disease, as a common cardiovascular disorder, holds significant importance in clinical practice for its cardiac rehabilitation nursing. This study aims to explore the existing issues in the cardiac rehabilitation nursing of coronary heart disease patients and propose corresponding countermeasures. Through a combination of literature review and empirical research, this study analyzes the current status of cardiac rehabilitation nursing for coronary heart disease both domestically and internationally, identifying issues such as low patient compliance, insufficient professional skills among nursing staff, and inadequate personalization of rehabilitation programs. The research findings indicate that enhancing patient compliance hinges on strengthening health education and social support, while improving the professional skills of nursing personnel requires systematic training and continuous professional development. Additionally, the formulation of personalized rehabilitation programs should be based on the specific medical conditions and lifestyle habits of patients. The contribution of this study lies in proposing a systematic strategy for cardiac rehabilitation nursing, including the establishment of multidisciplinary collaboration mechanisms, implementation of stratified management, and utilization of information technology for remote monitoring. These measures not only contribute to improving the rehabilitation outcomes for coronary heart disease patients but also provide theoretical support and practical guidance for future clinical practices.

Abstract
