摘 要
本文探讨了中西医结合康复治疗在神经系统疾病应用中的理论基础、实践应用、局限性及优化策略。首先，阐述了中西医康复治疗的原理与特点，以及结合治疗的理念与优势，强调了两者互补的重要性。在神经系统疾病的康复治疗中，中西医结合康复治疗方案设计及技术的选择与应用被详细讨论，体现了其在促进患者功能恢复、提高生活质量方面的积极作用。然而，该治疗方法在实际应用中面临一系列局限性，包括文化差异导致的理解障碍、专业合作与协调问题、缺乏标准化的治疗规范以及患者接受度与信任问题。这些挑战限制了中西医结合康复治疗在神经系统疾病中的广泛应用和效果最大化。针对上述局限性，本文提出了优化策略，包括加强文化交流与教育培训、建立合作机制与团队协同、制定标准化治疗规范与操作流程，以及加强患者教育与心理支持。这些措施旨在提升中西医结合康复治疗在神经系统疾病中的应用效果，促进患者全面康复，为相关领域的研究与实践提供参考。

Abstract
This paper discusses the theoretical basis, practical application, limitations and optimization strategies of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation therapy in neurological diseases. First of all, the principles and characteristics of rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine, as well as the concept and advantages of treatment, emphasize the importance of complementary. In the rehabilitation treatment of neurological diseases, the design and application of rehabilitation treatment scheme and western medicine are discussed in detail, which reflects its positive role in promoting the functional recovery of patients and improving the quality of life. However, this treatment method faces a series of limitations in practical application, including barriers to understanding due to cultural differences, problems of professional cooperation and coordination, the lack of standardized treatment norms, and patient acceptance and trust issues. These challenges have limited the widespread use and maximization of integrated rehabilitation therapy in neurological diseases. To address the above limitations, this paper proposes optimization strategies, including strengthening cultural exchange and education training, establishing cooperation mechanisms and team coordination, formulation of standardized treatment norms and operational procedures, and strengthening patient education and psychological support. These measures aim to improve the application effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation treatment in neurological diseases, promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients, and provide reference for research and practice in related fields.
