随着全球制造业的迅速发展,工业机器人在生产线上的应用越来越广泛,成为提高生产效率和降低成本的关键。本文探讨了工业机器人精度提升的关键问题和对策。首先,分析了研究背景和意义,以及国内外研究现状。接着,概述了机器人学原理和控制系统理论,为研究提供理论基础。然后,详细讨论了精度提升中的关键问题。针对这些问题,提出了对策,包括应用高精度制造工艺、优化结构设计、集成高精度传感器、研发先进控制算法、开发主动误差补偿系统和制定预防性维护计划等。这些对策的实施有望提升工业机器人的精度和稳定性,支持制造业高质量发展。

THE KEY PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF THE PRECISION IMPROVEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the global manufacturing industry, industrial robots are more and more widely used in the production line, and become the key to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost. This paper discusses the key problems and countermeasures to improve the accuracy of industrial robots. Firstly, the research background and significance as well as current status at home and abroad. Then, the principle of robotics and the theory of control system are outlined to provide the theoretical basis for the research. Then, the key issues in the precision improvement are discussed in detail. To solve these problems, countermeasures are proposed, including the application of high-precision manufacturing process, optimized structure design, integration of high-precision sensors, development of advanced control algorithms, developing active error compensation system and making preventive maintenance plan. The implementation of these countermeasures is expected to improve the accuracy and stability of industrial robots and support the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
