摘要
随着全球老龄化趋势的加剧,阿尔茨海默病的发病率逐年上升,已成为影响老年人生活质量和社会经济发展的重大公共卫生问题。因此,本研究通过对银杏内酯的化学成分与药理特性进行分析,结合阿尔茨海默病的病理特征,我们发现银杏内酯通过多种途径发挥治疗作用。首先,银杏内酯能够抑制β-淀粉样蛋白的聚集和毒性,减轻其对神经元的损伤。其次,银杏内酯能够调控Tau蛋白的磷酸化过程,减少其异常磷酸化,从而保护神经元免受损伤。此外,银杏内酯还能调节神经递质系统,激活胆碱能系统,平衡单胺类神经递质,改善AD患者的认知功能。最后,银杏内酯通过激活抗凋亡机制和优化自噬通量,减少神经元的凋亡,促进受损神经元的修复。

Abstract
With the intensification of the global aging trend, the incidence of Alzheimer's disease is increasing year by year, which has become a major public health problem affecting the quality of life and social and economic development of the elderly. Therefore, in this study, by analyzing the chemical composition and pharmacological properties of ginkgolide, combined with the pathological characteristics of Alzheimer's disease, we found that ginkgolide exerts its therapeutic effects through several pathways. First, ginkgolide was able to inhibit the aggregation and toxicity of β -amyloid protein and reduce its damage to neurons. Secondly, ginkinolide is able to regulate the phosphorylation process of Tau and reduce its abnormal phosphorylation, thus protecting neurons from damage. In addition, ginkgolide can also modulate the neurotransmitter system, activate the cholinergic system, balance the monoamine neurotransmitters, and improve the cognitive function in AD patients. Finally, Ginkgolide reduces neuronal apoptosis and promotes the repair of damaged neurons by activating anti-apoptotic mechanisms and optimizing autophagic flux.
