山楂叶总黄酮对心血管疾病防治作用机制研究


摘要

心血管疾病作为全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题,其高发病率和死亡率对人类生命健康构成严重威胁。山楂叶总黄酮作为一种天然活性成分,因其显著的降压、降血脂、抗氧化和抗炎等药理作用,在心血管疾病防治中展现出巨大潜力。然而,目前对山楂叶总黄酮防治心血管疾病的机制尚不完全清楚,这限制了其在临床上的广泛应用。因此,本研究聚焦于山楂叶总黄酮对心血管疾病的防治作用机制。通过文献综述和实验研究,我们探讨了山楂叶总黄酮的化学组成与特性,分析了心血管疾病的病理生理基础,并详细阐述了山楂叶总黄酮的抗氧化、抗炎、降血脂和血管舒张等药理作用。进一步地,我们研究了山楂叶总黄酮通过调控信号转导通路、影响基因表达与表观遗传修饰、调节细胞凋亡与自噬过程以及改善微循环与血流动力学等多种途径发挥防治心血管疾病的作用机制。

Abstract
As a major public health problem on a global scale, its high morbidity and mortality pose a serious threat to human life and health. As a natural active ingredient, hawthorn leaf flavonoids show great potential in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases due of their remarkable pharmacological effects of antihypertensive, lowering blood lipid, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. However, the mechanism of CVdisease is not fully understood, which limits its wide application in clinical practice. Therefore, this study focused on the mechanism of total flavonoids on cardiovascular diseases. Through literature review and experimental studies, we explored the chemical composition and characteristics of total flavonoids, analyzed the pathophysiological basis of cardiovascular diseases, and elaborated the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-idemic and vasodilation of total flavonoids. Further, we investigated the mechanisms by which total flavonoids control cardiovascular diseases by regulating signal transduction pathways, affecting gene ex pression and epigenetic modification, regulating apoptosis and autophagy processes, and improving microcirculation and hemodynamics.
