工程造价数据标准化与信息化建设研究

Abstract
With the rapid development of construction industry, the standardization and information construction of project cost data have become an important way to improve the efficiency of project cost management, to ensure the quality of the project and to realize the optimal allocation of resources. This paper deeply studies the status quo, challenges and strategies of standardization and information construction of engineering cost data. aims at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the modernization of engineering cost management. The standardization of project cost data is the basis of information construction. By formulating a unified engineering cost data standard, including engineering quantity calculation rule, pricing basis, cost composition, etc. can ensure the accuracy, consistency and comparability of engineering cost data, provides a reliable basis for project decision. At the same time, standardized data format and interface specifications also provide convenient conditions for data sharing and system integration, promotes the cooperation and efficiency of engineering cost management process. In the information construction, this paper emphasizes the application of information technology in project cost management. Through constructing project cost information platform, integrates function modules such as engineering quantity calculation, cost estimation, cost control and data analysis, realizes real-time collection, processing, analysis and sharing of project cost data. not only improves the automation level of project cost management, also enhances the scientific and timeliness of decision-making.
