基于大数据的工程项目决策支持系统研究
摘要
随着大数据技术的迅猛发展,其在工程项目决策支持系统中的应用日益广泛,为工程项目的科学决策提供了强有力的支持。本文围绕“基于大数据的工程项目决策支持系统”展开研究,旨在探讨大数据技术在工程项目决策过程中的应用价值、系统构建及优化策略。本文阐述了大数据技术在工程项目决策中的重要作用。大数据技术以其强大的数据处理和分析能力,能够深入挖掘工程项目中的海量数据,提取有价值的信息和规律,为决策者提供全面、准确、及时的决策依据。这不仅有助于提升决策的科学性和准确性,还能有效降低决策风险,提高工程项目的经济效益和社会效益。本文详细分析了基于大数据的工程项目决策支持系统的构建过程。系统以大数据处理和分析为核心,集成了数据采集、存储、处理、挖掘和可视化等多个功能模块,实现了对工程项目全生命周期数据的全面管理和高效利用。通过运用关联规则挖掘、聚类分析、预测模型等大数据挖掘技术,系统能够发现数据背后的隐藏规律和趋势,为工程项目的设计、施工、运营等阶段提供精准的决策支持。本文提出了基于大数据的工程项目决策支持系统的优化策略。针对当前系统存在的数据处理能力不足、决策模型单一等问题,本文建议加强大数据技术与人工智能、云计算等先进技术的融合创新,提升系统的智能化水平和数据处理能力;同时,注重系统的个性化定制和可扩展性设计,满足不同工程项目和决策者的多元化需求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of big data technology, its application in engineering project decision support system is more and more extensive, which provides strong support for scientific decision making of engineering projects. This paper focuses on "Big data-based engineering project decision support system", aiming to explore the application value, system construction and optimization strategy of big data technology in the decision-making process of engineering projects. This paper describes the important role of big data technology in project decision-making. With its powerful data processing and analysis capabilities, big data technology can dig deep into massive data in engineering projects, extract valuable information and rules, and provide comprehensive, accurate and timely decision-making basis for decision makers. This not only helps to improve the scientific and accuracy of decision-making, but also effectively reduces the risk of decision-making and improves the economic and social benefits of engineering projects. This paper analyzes the construction process of project decision support system based on big data in detail. With big data processing and analysis as the core, the system integrates multiple functional modules such as data acquisition, storage, processing, mining and visualization, and realizes the comprehensive management and efficient utilization of the whole life cycle data of the project. By using big data mining technologies such as association rule mining, cluster analysis and prediction model, the system can find hidden laws and trends behind the data, and provide accurate decision support for the design, construction and operation of engineering projects. In this paper, the optimization strategy of project decision support system based on big data is proposed. In view of the problems of insufficient data processing capacity and single decision-making model in the current system, this paper suggests to strengthen the integration and innovation of big data technology, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and other advanced technologies to improve the intelligence level and data processing capacity of the system. At the same time, it pays attention to the personalized customization and expandable design of the system to meet the diversified needs of different engineering projects and decision makers.
