基于BIM技术的施工成本控制与管理研究
摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,BIM(Building Information Modeling)技术在建筑行业的应用日益广泛,为施工成本控制与管理带来了革命性的变革。本文深入探讨了基于BIM技术的施工成本控制与管理策略,旨在通过分析BIM技术在施工成本控制中的优势与潜力,提出一套高效、精确的成本控制与管理体系。本文概述了BIM技术的基本概念与核心特点,强调了其在建筑施工项目中的集成化、可视化、协同化等优势。随后,本文详细阐述了BIM技术在施工成本控制中的具体应用,包括成本预算的精确编制、施工方案的模拟优化、资源调度的合理安排以及成本变更的实时追踪等。通过BIM模型,建筑企业能够全面、准确地掌握项目成本信息,及时发现并解决成本控制中的潜在问题,从而有效避免成本超支和工期延误。本文分析了传统施工成本控制方法的局限性,如数据处理能力有限、管理过程繁琐、难以实现全面精确控制等。相比之下,BIM技术凭借其强大的数据处理能力和协同工作能力,能够显著提升施工成本控制的效率和准确性。同时,BIM技术还能够通过模拟施工过程,提前发现并解决潜在问题,降低返工率和变更成本,进一步节约施工成本。本文总结了基于BIM技术的施工成本控制与管理的研究成果,并展望了其在未来建筑行业中的广泛应用前景。通过引入BIM技术,建筑企业不仅能够实现更加精细化的成本控制与管理,还能够提高项目的整体质量和效率,增强企业的市场竞争力。因此,本文建议建筑企业在施工项目中广泛应用BIM技术,以实现更好的成本控制效果和管理水平。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Information technology, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology is increasingly widely used in the construction industry, which has brought revolutionary changes to construction cost control and management. This paper deeply discusses the construction cost control and management strategy based on BIM technology, aiming to propose a set of efficient and accurate cost control and management system by analyzing the advantages and potential of BIM technology in construction cost control. This paper summarizes the basic concept and core characteristics of BIM technology, and emphasizes its advantages of integration, visualization and collaboration in building construction projects. Then, this paper elaborates the specific application of BIM technology in construction cost control, including the accurate preparation of cost budget, the simulation and optimization of construction scheme, the reasonable arrangement of resource scheduling and the real-time tracking of cost changes. Through BIM model, construction enterprises can fully and accurately grasp project cost information, timely discover and solve potential problems in cost control, and effectively avoid cost overruns and construction delays. This paper analyzes the limitations of traditional construction cost control methods, such as limited data processing ability, complicated management process, difficult to achieve comprehensive and accurate control. In contrast, BIM technology, with its powerful data processing capabilities and collaborative work capabilities, can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction cost control. At the same time, BIM technology can also detect and solve potential problems in advance by simulating the construction process, reduce the rework rate and change costs, and further save construction costs. This paper summarizes the research results of construction cost control and management based on BIM technology, and looks forward to its extensive application prospects in the future construction industry. Through the introduction of BIM technology, construction enterprises can not only achieve more refined cost control and management, but also improve the overall quality and efficiency of the project, and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, this paper suggests that construction enterprises should widely apply BIM technology in construction projects to achieve better cost control effect and management level.
