随着工程项目建设的快速发展,其后期运维管理逐渐成为确保项目持续、稳定、高效运行的关键环节。然而,当前工程项目后期运维管理面临诸多挑战,如运维管理体系不健全、运维技术落后、运维成本控制不当以及用户体验与服务质量待提升等问题,这些问题不仅影响了工程项目的正常运行,还增加了运营成本,降低了用户满意度。本文概述工程项目管理基础理论、运维管理理论以及信息技术在运维管理中的应用,为后续研究奠定理论基础。随后,强调了工程项目后期运维管理的重要性,包括保障项目持续稳定运行、优化资源配置与成本控制、提升用户体验与满意度等方面。接着,从运维管理体系、运维技术、运维成本控制以及用户体验与服务质量四个维度,深入分析了当前工程项目后期运维管理存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了针对性的优化对策,包括完善运维管理体系、引入先进运维技术、加强运维成本控制以及提升用户体验与服务质量等四个方面,每个方面均包含具体的实施措施。通过本文的研究,旨在为工程项目后期运维管理的实践提供理论指导与参考,促进工程项目运维管理的规范化、科学化发展。

Abstract
With the rapid development of engineering project construction, its later operation and maintenance management has gradually become a key link to ensure the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of the project. However, the current post operation and maintenance management of engineering projects faces many challenges, such as an incomplete operation and maintenance management system, outdated operation and maintenance technology, improper control of operation and maintenance costs, and the need to improve user experience and service quality. These problems not only affect the normal operation of engineering projects, but also increase operating costs and reduce user satisfaction. This article provides an overview of the basic theories of engineering project management, operation and maintenance management, as well as the application of information technology in operation and maintenance management, laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research. Subsequently, the importance of post project operation and maintenance management was emphasized, including ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the project, optimizing resource allocation and cost control, and improving user experience and satisfaction. Next, the main problems in the later stage of operation and maintenance management of current engineering projects were analyzed in depth from four dimensions: operation and maintenance management system, operation and maintenance technology, operation and maintenance cost control, and user experience and service quality. In response to these issues, this article proposes targeted optimization measures, including improving the operation and maintenance management system, introducing advanced operation and maintenance technologies, strengthening operation and maintenance cost control, and improving user experience and service quality. Each aspect includes specific implementation measures. Through the research in this article, the aim is to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the practical operation and maintenance management of engineering projects in the later stage, and promote the standardized and scientific development of engineering project operation and maintenance management.
