在全球化竞争日益激烈的背景下,工程项目管理面临着前所未有的挑战。为了提高项目效率、降低成本并增强供应链的韧性,工程项目供应链协同管理成为了行业关注的焦点。然而,当前工程项目供应链协同管理过程中仍存在诸多障碍,如信息共享不畅、利益分配不均、信任缺失以及协同能力不足等问题,这些问题严重制约了工程项目供应链协同管理的有效实施。本文概述供应链管理基础理论、协同管理理论以及工程项目管理理论,为后续研究奠定了理论基础。从提高项目整体效率、降低项目成本、增强供应链韧性三个方面阐述了工程项目供应链协同管理的重要作用。随后,深入分析了工程项目供应链协同管理面临的信息共享障碍、利益分配不均、信任缺失以及协同能力不足等四大障碍,并针对这些障碍提出了相应的促进策略,包括加强信息共享机制建设、完善利益分配机制、构建信任体系以及提升协同能力等四个方面。通过本文的研究,旨在为工程项目供应链协同管理的实践提供理论指导与参考,促进工程项目管理水平的提升和行业的可持续发展。

Abstract
Under the background of increasingly fierce global competition, engineering project management is facing unprecedented challenges. In order to improve project efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the resilience of the supply chain, the collaborative management of engineering project supply chain has become the focus of the industry. However, there are still many obstacles in the process of collaborative management of supply chain of engineering projects, such as poor information sharing, uneven profit distribution, lack of trust and insufficient coordination ability, which seriously restrict the effective implementation of collaborative management of supply chain of engineering projects. This paper summarizes the basic theory of supply chain management, collaborative management theory and engineering project management theory, which lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent research. This paper expounds the important role of the project supply chain collaborative management from three aspects: improving the overall efficiency of the project, reducing the project cost and enhancing the supply chain resilience. Then, further analyzes the engineering project supply chain collaborative management of information sharing barriers, uneven distribution of interests, lack of trust and coordination ability and so on four big obstacles, and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategy, including strengthening the construction of information sharing mechanism, improve the benefit distribution mechanism, build trust system and improve coordination ability and so on four aspects. Through the research of this paper, it aims to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the practice of project supply chain collaborative management, and promote the improvement of project management level and the sustainable development of the industry.
