本文探讨了互联网环境下子女抚养权和监护权的监督与实现问题，旨在分析信息技术发展对家庭监护活动的影响，并提出有效的法律与技术支持策略。文章指出，互联网为抚养权监护权提供了新的工具和平台，同时也带来了隐私保护、网络安全和法律适应性的挑战。在互联网环境下抚养权监护权的实现机制部分，文章提出了技术支持与平台建设、法律制度的完善、监护人教育与培训以及跨部门协作与社会参与等策略。这些策略旨在通过开发监护软件、明确网络监护的法律地位、提升监护人网络素养、加强跨部门合作，以促进子女抚养权和监护权的有效实现。案例分析与经验借鉴部分，文章通过对国内外成功案例的分析，展示了互联网环境下抚养权监护权监督与实现的最佳实践和经验教训。这些案例分析为我国在互联网环境下抚养权监护权的法律与技术支持提供了借鉴和启示。

Abstract

This paper discusses the supervision and realization of child custody and guardianship under the Internet environment, aiming to analyze the influence of information technology development on family guardianship activities, and put forward effective legal and technical support strategies. The Internet provides new tools and platforms for custody, but it also brings privacy protection, cybersecurity and legal adaptation challenges. In the part of the realization mechanism of custody under the Internet environment, the article puts forward some strategies, such as technical support and platform construction, legal system improvement, guardian education and training, cross-departmental cooperation and social participation. These strategies aim to promote the effective realization of child custody and guardianship by developing guardianship software, clarifying the legal status of online guardianship, improving the online literacy of guardians, and strengthening cross-departmental cooperation. In the part of case analysis and experience reference, the article shows the best practices and lessons of custody supervision and realization under the Internet environment through the analysis of successful cases at home and abroad. These case studies provide reference and inspiration for the legal and technical support of custody in the Internet environment.
