摘 要
文章首先在绪论部分阐述了研究的背景、意义和目的，并概述了国内外研究现状，为进一步探讨奠定了基础。非婚生子女的亲子关系确认部分，文章探讨了亲子关系确认的法律意义、程序与方法，以及亲子关系确认中的争议与解决机制。特别指出了亲子关系确认对非婚生子女权益的实质影响，包括确认后的权利获得和确认失败的法律后果。抚养与监护问题部分，文章分析了抚养权和监护权的法律界定，讨论了非婚生子女的抚养费问题，以及非婚生子女的心理健康和教育权益的重要性。继承权问题部分，文章构建了非婚生子女继承权的法律框架，探讨了继承权实现过程中的障碍及其克服方法，并概述了继承权争议的司法实践。文章最后指出，尽管非婚生子女在法律上享有与婚生子女同等的权益，但在实际生活中仍面临诸多挑战。因此，提出了加强法律宣传教育、完善亲子关系确认机制、保障抚养费支付、关注非婚生子女心理健康和教育权益等建议，以促进非婚生子女权益的全面保护。

Abstract
Firstly, in the introduction part, the background, significance and purpose of the research are expounded, and the research status at home and abroad is summarized, which lays a foundation for further discussion. In the part of parentage confirmation of illegitimate children, the article discusses the legal significance, procedure and method of parentage confirmation, as well as the dispute resolution mechanism in parentage confirmation. In particular, it points out the substantive impact of the confirmation of parent-child relationship on the rights and interests of illegitimate children, including the acquisition of rights after the confirmation and the legal consequences of the failure of the confirmation. In the section on support and guardianship issues, discusses the maintenance of illegitimate children, and the importance of mental health and education rights of illegitimate children. In the part of inheritance right, the article constructs the legal fr amework of the inheritance right of illegitimate children, discusses the obstacles in the process of realizing inheritance right and the ways to overcome them, and summarizes the judicial practice of inheritance right disputes. Finally, they still face many challenges in practical life. Therefore, suggestions are put forward to strengthen legal publicity and education,pay attention to the mental health and education rights of illegitimate children, so as to promote the comprehensive protection of the rights and interests of illegitimate children.
