智能制造正推动全球制造业转型和提升竞争力。信息技术和人工智能等技术的发展显著提高了生产效率,优化了资源配置,降低了成本,增强了市场竞争力。然而,智能制造的实现对传统制造业来说充满挑战,特别是生产线自动化改造。企业需应对技术更新、投资成本、员工素质和维护管理等问题。本研究探讨了生产线自动化改造的挑战,并提出对策,包括关注行业动态、引进先进技术、采用模块化设计、引入智能化技术、合理规划投资预算、加强员工培训和建立维护体系。这些对策对指导企业在智能制造背景下进行生产线自动化改造具有重要意义。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF PRODUCTION LINE AUTOMATION TRANSFORMATION UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING
ABSTRACT
Smart manufacturing is driving the transformation of the global manufacturing industry and enhancing its competitiveness. The development of information technology, artificial intelligence and other technologies has significantly improved production efficiency, optimized resource allocation, reduced costs, and enhanced market competitiveness. However, the realization of intelligent manufacturing is full of challenges for the traditional manufacturing industry, especially the automatic transformation of production lines. Enterprises need to deal with problems such as technology renewal, investment cost, staff quality and maintenance and management. This study discusses the challenges of automatic transformation of the production line, and proposes countermeasures, including focusing on the industry dynamics, introducing advanced technology, adopting modular design, introducing intelligent technology, reasonably planning investment budget, strengthening staff training and establishing maintenance system. These countermeasures are of great significance to guiding enterprises to carry out production line automation transformation under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
