在数控加工中,刀具磨损直接影响加工质量和效率。随着制造业对精度和效率要求的提升,传统监测方法的局限性变得明显。本文深入探讨了刀具磨损监测问题,分析了磨损机理和传统方法的不足,并提出提高监测精度、优化信号处理、提升数据效率、增强系统通用性和自动化程度的策略。通过优化传感器布局、引入深度学习、采用先进算法和特征优化技术,以及设计模块化系统和自适应算法,提升了监测的精度、效率和通用性。最终,通过自动化决策支持和反馈机制,增强了监测系统的自动化,该监测方案精度高、实用性强,为数控加工提供了有效的刀具管理方法。

STUDY ON THE MONITORING PROBLEM AND STRATEGY OF TOOL WEAR IN CNC MACHINING
ABSTRACT
In CNC machining, the tool wear directly affects the machining quality and efficiency. With the improvement of precision and efficiency requirements in the manufacturing industry, the limitations of traditional monitoring methods have become obvious. This paper discusses the problem of tool wear monitoring, analyzes the shortcomings of the wear mechanism and the traditional methods, and proposes the strategies of improving the monitoring accuracy, optimizing the signal processing, improving the data efficiency, and enhancing the system versatility and automation degree. By optimizing the sensor layout, introducing deep learning, adopting advanced algorithms and feature optimization techniques, and designing modular systems and adaptive algorithms, the monitoring accuracy, efficiency and versatility are improved. Finally, through the automatic decision support and feedback mechanism, the automation of the monitoring system is enhanced. The monitoring scheme has high accuracy and strong practicability, and provides an effective tool management method for CNC processing.
